Terms & Conditions

• “Refer-a-Friend” offers are only open and available to UK residents aged 18 and over.
• The referrer must notify the referred client and seek their consent to their details being given to a firm or trading style before the date of referral. This is the responsibility of the party referring the new client and is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The referrer will indemnify the firm or trading style against any loss or claim arising from the referrer’s failure to obtain such consent.
• A referred client can only be referred once. In the event that a client is referred to a firm or trading style more than once, only the first referrer will be eligible for a referral gift.
• The referrer will not be eligible for any referral gift in the event that the referred client has already commenced or completed business with the firm or trading style.
• In the event that the firm or trading style is unable to provide a previously stated referral gift, the referrer will receive an alternative gift of equal value subject to these terms and conditions. A cash alternative IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances, and the referral gift is non-transferable.
• Permanent employees, contractors or temporary workers working directly for the firm or trading style are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme.
• The firm or trading style has the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
• Where a client refers a new client, the new client must engage with the firm or trading style within 3 months of the referral being made. Referrers will not be eligible for a referral gift where instructions are received outside of this period.

• The referrer will receive the gift within 30 days of the referred client submitting or completing business with the firm or trading style.
By referring a friend, the referrer is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
